These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 444win ("444win", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://444win.lat ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 444win Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the 444win Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the 444win Platform immediately. Access to and continued use of the Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms at all times.
2.1 Age Requirement. The 444win Platform is strictly intended for persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering an account or placing any wager on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 444win reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds held in such account may be forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online casino gaming and sports betting is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan or any other territory from which you access the Platform. 444win makes no representation that the services provided are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. If accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 444win Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 444win reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform. This includes accounts registered under different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods by the same individual.
2.4 Account Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.
2.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from 444win or any affiliated platform are not permitted to register a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444win login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 444win account, including all wagers placed, games played, and transactions initiated, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. 444win shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.3 If you suspect that your 444win account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 444win immediately via the support contact details provided in Section 13. Upon receiving such notification, 444win will take reasonable steps to restrict further access to your account while the matter is investigated.
3.4 You must not allow any other person, including family members residing in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or elsewhere, to access or use your 444win account on your behalf.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods. 444win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available in Pakistan at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 444win reserves the right to add, modify, or remove approved payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. 444win does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly into player accounts.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the 444win account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 444win reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Withdrawals will not be processed until all verification requirements are satisfied.
4.5 Prohibition on Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. 444win strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.
4.6 Transaction Records. A complete record of all transactions is available within your 444win account dashboard. You are responsible for reviewing this record regularly to identify any unauthorised activity.
5.1 From time to time, 444win may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 444win actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming activity, and using betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk. 444win reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where abuse is identified.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Bonuses cannot be transferred between player accounts.
6.1 All casino games available on the 444win Platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any technical malfunction during gameplay, 444win reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any wager placed during the affected period.
6.2 Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change. Wagers accepted at specific odds are honoured at those odds subject to the settlement rules applicable to the event. 444win reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error.
6.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444win Platform:

7.1 444win is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every player account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
7.2 You are encouraged to set appropriate limits on your gaming activity at the time of registration and to review these limits regularly. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory review period before taking effect.
7.3 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from the 444win Platform for a defined period or indefinitely, you may activate self-exclusion from your account settings or by contacting 444win support. During an active self-exclusion, your account will be suspended, promotional communications will cease, and any attempt to register a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

8.1 All content on the 444win Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 444win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or modified without the prior written consent of 444win.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sub-licence, sell, or exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunction, connectivity issues, or interruption of service.
9.2 444win does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. 444win will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of planned or unplanned downtime.
9.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited into your 444win account. 444win makes no representation that any particular game or betting strategy will result in profit.
10.1 444win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; provision of false registration information; or conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
10.2 You may close your 444win account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of pending wagers and applicable charges will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.
10.3 444win reserves the right to withhold funds from a closed or suspended account pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent or prohibited conduct.
11.1 444win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 444win will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on file.
11.2 Your continued use of the 444win Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 444win Platform shall be resolved by negotiation in the first instance. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, they may be escalated to 444win's designated dispute resolution process, details of which are available from the customer support team.
12.2 You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the 444win Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction within Pakistan or any other territory from which you access the Platform.
